Orders ship within 1–3 business days in reinforced packaging. Delivery time typically ranges from 3–8 business days depending on location. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused tools in original packaging. Products showing signs of use may not qualify for return. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
